“Bridging Generations Through Emotional Intelligence” is an Erasmus+ project that combats age discrimination through an intergenerational reconnection approach.<\/div>\n
The starting point is a reality that is often overlooked: ageism and youngism\u2014discrimination against older people and young people, respectively\u2014limit opportunities for mutual understanding and affect the mental health of both groups. The project addresses this challenge by creating spaces for shared learning and the exchange of experiences, which strengthen communities and rebuild social ties between generations. <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

What We Do in the Project<\/h3>\n

  • We are creating a toolkit with 24 practical emotional intelligence tools for intrapersonal and interpersonal empowerment<\/li>\n
