About the Project<\/span><\/strong> <\/h2>\n

Transitions to the Future is an initiative of the Innovation Education Lab that supports more than 250 sixth- and seventh-grade students in Bra\u0219ov County in discovering real paths for their development through non-formal workshops, educational field trips, and company visits. Toward the Future<\/h3>\n

The program aimed to increase students\u2019 motivation and engagement in the learning process through a variety of interactive activities. Students developed their social-emotional and life skills, such as critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and autonomy, contributing to their development as responsible young people. Cultural experiences, through field trips and creative workshops, broadened their horizons, and career guidance was supported through visits to companies and meetings with professionals. At the same time, the project strengthened ties between the school, families, NGOs, and the local professional community, and established a network of young volunteers dedicated to education. <\/p>\n
