Skills Crafters BG<\/strong> aims to address the needs of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds who do not have access to resources to develop the soft skills necessary for social and professional integration. The lack of practical and inclusive methodologies in formal education creates difficulties in life skills training, which affects both young people and the teachers who support them. <\/p>\n

To address this issue, the project has created an innovative methodology, including a theoretical framework and exercise cards, which facilitates the learning and teaching of soft skills. The activities focus on students aged 13 to 17 from rural and disadvantaged backgrounds who are interested in developing skills such as personal development, mental health, active participation in the community and integration into the labor market. <\/p>\n

In addition to students, the project also targets teachers, youth workers and other educators who want to adopt new teaching methods, learn about the LifeComp framework and create a more inclusive educational environment. In addition, the project also involves other organizations, schools, NGOs and international networks, which will benefit from the materials created through dissemination activities, including on the Erasmus+ platform and social networks. <\/p>\n

Through these initiatives, Skills Crafters BG<\/em> aims to support young people and educators to develop the skills they need to contribute to a more equitable and inclusive society, giving them the tools to achieve personal and professional success.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
