BRAND ME aims to optimise the choice of a suitable career path and to compensate for the lack of career guidance among young people, which often leads to dropping out of school or dissatisfaction with their current job. The project identified a gap in formal education institutions, as none of them offer courses or personal branding materials to support young people to successfully integrate the labour market.<\/span><\/p>\n To address this issue, we have developed a comprehensive strategy, which will include a needs analysis report, but also specific tools to support career guidance for young people.<\/span><\/p>\n The aim of the project is to help young people identify their skills, knowledge and experiences to learn how to promote themselves effectively on social media and social media channels for a future career.<\/b><\/p>\n Through these initiatives we aim to enable young people to find relevant opportunities in the labour market that will help them achieve the professional and
