About
Facilitation Pathways was created to provide essential guidance to beginning and intermediate level facilitators in a safe learning environment.
During this training course, you will have the opportunity to explore your personal understanding of facilitation, while learning about group dynamics, behaviour and tools to improve group communication and cooperation.
You can apply if:
You are between 18 and 25 years old
You are from Romania or have Romanian nationality
You speak English at a conversational level
You are interested and involved in professional development and facilitation
With (or preferably without) experience in Erasmus+ projects
You are ready to improve your facilitation, communication, cooperation, leadership and resilience skills
You are active and creative
How we do the selection?

If you fit the profile we are looking for and you like the topic of the project,
We select on the go - selection starts from the moment we receive the first application
The best applications are shortlisted by us. Within maximum 3 days from submitting the application form, you will receive an email from us letting you know whether you have been shortlisted or not.
It is important that, if you have been shortlisted, you reply to our email and also follow the steps mentioned there, within 3 days of receiving it.
This is when we become guides and the rest of the selection process is taken over by the host organisation.
